Why do I need to withdraw my funds before changing my payment method?
We operate on a single payment method policy. This means that you can only have one active payment method at a time and therefore, in order to make this change you must first ensure that your balance is set to £0 and that you have no open bets. If you have open bets, we recommend you wait for these to settle first so you can withdraw and then change the payment method.

Although immediate sometimes, withdrawals usually take up to 72 hours before approval. It can happen for different reasons and we advise you to contact customer support if you're facing any difficulty or have any doubts regarding this.
